Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of the digital welcome book service published by Ahmed Salhi, trading under the name “Azur Stay” (hereinafter “Azur Stay”), available at livret.azurstay.ma.
2. The service
The purchase gives access, for one property, to:
- an area for creating and updating the welcome book;
- one public web page per property, opened by QR code;
- a printable A4 sign;
- display in four languages: French, Arabic, English and Spanish;
- hosting and updates, for as long as the account is active.
The service takes no commission on the user's bookings and plays no part in the user's relationship with their guests.
3. Price and term
Access to the service begins with a free 30-day trial period. It then runs annually and is renewable. The price is that of the price list in force shown at azurstay.ma/en/pricing, which varies with the number of properties. It covers hosting of the welcome book and its updates, without limit, for as long as the account is active. For users established in Morocco, prices are stated and paid in dirhams (DH); they are net prices: VAT does not apply. For users established in the rest of the world, prices are stated in euros (€) excluding tax; the VAT applicable in the user's country is added at the time of payment. The applicable price depends on the country in which the user is established.
Renewal is active: the user chooses to renew each year. There is no tacit renewal and no amount is charged automatically. Failing renewal, the service ends (Article 7).
4. Payment
For users established in Morocco, payment is made by bank transfer, Cash Plus or WafaCash; payment details are provided after the account is created. For users established in the rest of the world, payment is made through an official reseller (“merchant of record”), which collects the price and the applicable VAT and issues the invoice; its name is communicated to the user before the end of the trial period. No amount is charged automatically.
5. Withdrawal
The service is intended for consumers and professionals alike. The free 30-day trial allows the service to be assessed before any payment. After the trial, a user who pays for annual access is not refunded (Article 6); the user remains free not to renew it at the end of the term, as access is never renewed automatically (Article 3), subject to the rights that the mandatory law of the user's country grants to consumers.
6. Refunds
Payment for annual access, made at the end of the free trial, is non-refundable.
7. End of the service
Failing renewal, the welcome book is deactivated on the expiry date: the public page is no longer accessible. It is kept for six months, during which a renewal fully reactivates it. After that period without renewal, it is permanently deleted. The user may copy its content at any time.
8. Availability
Azur Stay uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. Data is backed up daily, in encrypted form, outside the main server.
9. Liability
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish in their welcome book. Azur Stay cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from incorrect information entered by the user, or from any use of the service that does not comply with these terms.
10. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Oujda. The parties shall first seek an amicable resolution.
12. Language
These terms exist in French and in English. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
