Your Wi-Fi password is never sent to our servers

The sign and its QR code are made in your browser. We never see your password, and it is not stored anywhere: once you close the page, nothing is left. Remember to print before you leave.

You can check: once the page has loaded, switch off your internet connection. The tool still works.

    Tips

Make a Wi-Fi QR code sign guests actually use

Three simple tips before you print.

    1. A matte A4 frame

A 21 × 29.7 cm frame protects the sign. Choose non-reflective glass: glare makes the QR code harder to scan.

    SizeA4 (21 × 29.7 cm)

    2. Thick paper

Thick matte paper gives a sharper, longer-lasting sign than ordinary office paper.

    PaperMatte, 200 gsm or more

    3. In plain sight

Put the sign where guests see it as they arrive: by the entrance, on a console table or on the living room table.

Guests have more questions? Concierge Digital answers them

The sign takes care of the Wi-Fi. For everything else (check-out time, parking, where to eat), guests message you… unless the answer is already on their phone.

    FAQ

    Wi-Fi QR code: your questions

How do I create a QR code for my Wi-Fi?

Enter your network name (SSID), your password and the security type: the Wi-Fi QR code appears straight away on the sign, with your times and house rules. Print it on A4 or save it as a PDF. It's free, and there's nothing to sign up for.

    Is it really free?

Yes. You can create and print your sign as many times as you like, with no account and no credit card.

Is my Wi-Fi password sent to your servers?

No. Your Wi-Fi password is never sent to our servers: the sign and the QR code are made in your browser, and nothing you type is stored. If you agree, an anonymous counter only records that a sign was printed.

Which phones can scan a Wi-Fi QR code?

Guests open their phone's camera and point it at the QR code: the phone offers to join the network, with no password to type. Most recent iPhones and Android phones do this directly.

Can I print the sign in another language?

Yes: English, French, Spanish or Arabic, one language per sign. The suggested house rules are translated; the text you type stays exactly as you wrote it.

How do I save my sign as a PDF?

Click “Print my sign”. Choose your printer, or “Save as PDF” to keep a file. Set the paper size to A4 and the scale to 100%.

What if I change my Wi-Fi password?

Make a new sign: it stays valid as long as the network name and the password don't change.
