Questions
Your questions about the welcome book template
Is the welcome book template really free?
Yes. It's free, with no credit card. You can download it up to 3 times, for example for a property in another country.
Why do I need to create an account?
The template is downloaded from your host area. Signing up asks for your email address and your WhatsApp number. Your account also includes a 30-day trial of the digital guidebook, with no credit card. Downloading the template doesn't add you to any mailing list.
Is the template in English?
Yes. When your host area is in English, the PDF is in English, emergency numbers included. If you switch your host area to French, you get the French version.
Can I use it as my Airbnb welcome book?
Yes. The template works for any booking: Airbnb, another platform or direct. Print it, fill it in by hand and leave it in the property.
Can I edit the template on my computer?
The template is a PDF to print: you fill in the parts in brackets by hand. It isn't a Word file, so editing it on screen needs software that edits PDFs. For a guide you can change at any time, try the digital guidebook.
Which countries' emergency numbers are included?
Morocco, France, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, with their official emergency numbers. For any other country, the template leaves blank lines for you to fill in with your own country's numbers.
What more does the Concierge Digital guidebook offer?
It opens on your guests' phones, with no app: 12 categories, in English, French, Arabic and Spanish, which you can update at any time. It includes the A4 sign with 4 QR codes, and buttons for WhatsApp, Google reviews and direct booking. Try it free for 30 days, with no credit card. See the demo
